Transit & Responsibility Once your artifact is handed to the carrier, it enters the current of the world. Solvayne Alchemy is not responsible for transit delays, lost packages, or theft occurring after dispatch. For all Master-tier artifacts ($111+), insured shipping is included as a standard of service. For all other pieces, we strongly mandate the purchase of shipping insurance at checkout to ensure your high-value energetic asset arrives protected.
